'Cheese In The Trap' drama from tvN has successfully obtained the title of the most expensive drama for Korean cable TV.
According to Yonhap News on January 23, the broadcast franchise for the drama starred by Park Hae Jin and Kim Go Eun has been purchased by China's video streaming site Youku and Tudou for 2 million dollars.
The drama is consist of 16 episodes in total which costed 125,000 dollars for an episode.
This has become the highest record ever for the Korean cable TV, which it was previously hold by 'Bad Guys' (aired in OCN cable TV), starring Park Hae Jin.
Meanwhile 'Cheese In The Trap' is a Korean drama based on webtoon which has attracted high rate of viewers, not only domestically in South Korea but also in other Asian country especially in China. (www.kpopchart.net)
