Ex member of KARA, Nicole talks about her solo activities in an interview with a Japanese media.
After leaving KARA, Nicole is known to be active in promoting in Japan. Nicole is scheduled to release her 'Something Special' single in Japan by this June 24th.
"I feel excited and happy. Honestly I felt nervous before the debut was announced in 'KCON 2015 Japan' in April last 2 months. This is my first appearance in Japan after a while, so I feel worried a bit that the fans might have forgotten about me", she said when asked about the upcoming single.
Nicole has also released a debut with the song 'MAMA' in Korea, in 2014 before her debut in Japan. "In my first appearance as a solo singer I felt enlightened and courageous thanks for the fans who yelled out my name", she told.
She also added, "The biggest pressure when I performed alone was that the stage felt so empty and large. I usually perform as group so taking care of the singing and dancing all by yourself has its own pressure".
For her Japanese debut, Nicole has previously held a fan meeting for 1.400 fans which proven that his popularity is not faded even after she left KARA. (www.kpopchart.net)
