It is reported that three core members of KARA, Hara, Seungyeon and Gyuri is leaving both the team and DSP Media as the management.
Due to the end of contract period this month, Hara, Seungyeon and Gyuri have confirmed to leave KARA and DSP Media.
The news has been confirmed by one of the management's representative to StarNews today (Wednesday, 06/01). The representative claimed, "It is true that the three members Hara, Seungyeon and Gyuri have decided to not staying with DSP Media. There are still some time left before the contract really end but it seems that they have made the decision to move to new agencies."
The representative also informed, "The three members will enter the acting field and start their 'second life'. In Hara's case she is going to discuss with the closest fan and manager, then will make an official statement."
It is also reported that though the three members have decided to leave but the official announcement is still on hold due to the group's on-going contract with a make-up brand which will be ended by February 2016.
According to DSP Media the contract for the three will be ended by January while Youngji is still in a long way to go with the agency.
However Youngji has recently erased 'KARA' from her Instagram account on January 5 yesterday. Her username was previously 'kara_youngji_hur' and changed to 'young_g_hur' which might indicate a sign of total disband for the group.
Despite of that DSP Media as the agency has not given any official statement regarding to the issue. (www.kpopchart.net)
