It is reported that EXO's Kai won't be able to participate in their concert in America due to problem with visa.
Due to pending visa issue, on February 8th the North American concert promoter announced apologies due to the absence of Kai in EXO's America concert.
The promoter has also stated that the audience who has bought ticket may cancel the purchase with 100% refund.
Through the event it is confirmed that Kai will not be able to attend the EXO's concert in Dallas, Texas. However the promoter promised, "In our best effort we will try our best to make it possible for Kai to perform in the next concert starting from Vancouver."
